Animals that are only found in one American zoo or aquarium

Sea Life Park only has 1 monk seal on exhibit now, and I believe it is the only one still alive at the park.

At the Waikiki Aquarium, their one male, Maka onaona, is 33 years old, and their younger male, Ho'ailona is only 9 years old.

Also for the Pseudorca, Sea Life Park's only animal is Kina, an older female who arrived in 2015. Prior to her their last animal died in 1997. So Jay, you didn't see a Psuedorca at all, lol. Also it stands to say, the pool complex she is housed in is not terribly small, much of the area is 16 feet deep. While the goal is for her to eventually move into the main lagoon, she is also very sensitive to change so keeping her off display in the back is the best option for her right now.

The two hybrids, 32 year old Keikaimalu and her adult 12 year old daughter Kawaili'kai, are both on exhibit in their main dolphin lagoon.

Well, that’s interesting- the Park certainly said that they had one, and I thought I’d found a photo of one, though my memory could be mistaken for both. Guess I’ll do some digging, and post later.

Sorry for detailing the thread.

The I believe the Spotted knifejaw at Newport Aquarium is only kept there, although a number of Japanese aquariums house it,

I don’t think that this has been mentioned, but the Oregon Zoo is the only one with a Bornean Elephant in the USA. Her names is Chendra.

Hey, I know that this isn't a request thread, but does anyone know of any uncommon/unique animals at the Omaha zoo? I've been looking at old threads and I'm just surprised that nothing has been posted for Omaha on the unique list.

I think of amazon river dolphin in duisburg, and numbat in perth(?)(I'm not sure if other zoo hold this),Caspian seal in kamogawa(?)(I'm not sure if any russian zoo/aquarium hold this),flying fish in kamogawa and uakari in LA zoo(any south american zoo hold them?)Also formosan serow in taipei zoo.
The Long Beach Aquarium also has Flying Fish from what I can remember!
