Toucans and hornbills also look almost the same but aren't related.

Convergent evolution, they are both also prolific raiders of the nestlings from other birds nests.
Incidentally at the Sorocaba zoo here in Brazil there is an elderly grey cheeked hornbill kept in a large aviary next to a pair of toco toucans.
The hornbill absolutely hated the toucans and would make threat vocalizations and attempt to "attack" them through the bars.
I always used to think of it as a "clash of the convergents".
