does anyone knows what kind of animals that you can't touch (with your hands of course) but very exciting to see in a secured enclosure
I know aquatic animals (like fish,sharks, jellyfish...etc) and animals that are always active (like playing...etc) or interacting with the keepers and not the ones that sleeps all the time
 
While this doesn't exactly answer your question, jellyfish touch tanks are a thing, albeit only with moon jellies. They're cropping up in recent years.
