My local zoo has several of these species: a pair of bat-eared foxes, a single male Barid’s tapir, and honey badgers are will be added in the future according to the zoo’s owner.

I really wanna see all species of penguin at least once in my lifetime. So far, I have seen 7:

King Penguin (Saint Louis)
Gentoo Penguin (Saint Louis, Tennessee Aquarium, Wonders of Wildlife)
Southern Rockhopper Penguin (Saint Louis, Shedd)
African Penguin (Memphis, Erie)
Magellanic Penguin (Shedd)
Humboldt Penguin (Saint Louis, Slottsskogen Park)
Macaroni Penguin (Tennessee Aquarium)
(I’m not sure if the rockhopper penguins at Shedd Aquarium are northern or southern? I went a long time ago, so it’s a blur)

Apart from Rockhopper and Macaroni, I have seen all of these in the wild, as well as Fairy and Galapagos.

Southern. The only US zoo with Northern Rockhopper Penguin is Moody Gardens.

No idea. Technically I saw one about 5 years ago for a bit. Been birding in a variety of habitats and places and have quite alot of other species on my lifelist but not the starling.

Probably may have mistook some for brewers black birds maybe? Want to see some band tailed pigeons though.
