Animals You've Seen That Few Zoochatters Have Seen

I think it best if update my list (although it’s not very large at the moment).
1.Hawaiian Monk Seal (Minnesota Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium)
2. Hawaiian Hawk (Panaewa Rainforest Zoo)
3. Hawaiian Owl (Panaewa Rainforest Zoo)
4. Hawai’i Amakihi (Panaewa Rainforest Zoo)
5. Booted Macaque (Safari North Wildlife Park)
6. Fin Whale? (Not sure how many have seen this)
7. Minnesotan Mussels (the species aren’t specified, but the Minnesota Zoo displays many endangered native mussels not found anywhere else in captivity).

I have seen Fin Whale; sadly it was in a river, and stranded twice before dying. How about Bryde’s Whale, seen breaching off the Galapagos?
I’ve also seen Boreal Owl at Gabbert’s Raptor Center. Not sure how rare this is, though.
Seen wild in Finland (a head poking out of a nest box).
A few years ago, the tank was signed for 3 species - Mucket, Fatmucket, and Higgin's Pearly-Eye.

Great species! How about Siberian Tit and Pine Grosbeak?
Bolded what I've seen wild from your list, as I assume that's what you based on.

No I haven’t seen those, I only saw the jay since it’s a very curious bird and is attracted to food.
I saw both Tit and Grosbeak on feeders.
Of these, I’ve seen 16 wild in the UK! Some are vagrants, others are regular. Those I have seen over here are
Harlequin Duck, White-winged Scoter, Surf Scoter, Black Scoter, Eared Grebe (breeder), Sora, Upland Sandpiper, Baird’s Sandpiper, White-rumped Sandpiper, Buff-breasted Sandpiper, Pectoral Sandpiper, Parasitic Jaeger (regular), Sabine’s Gull (regular), Franklin’s Gull, American Bittern (named from a vagrant specimen shot in England!), and Northern Goshawk (breeder).
As for your mammals, I've seen them each at the following:
1. Hawaiian Monk Seal (San Antonio Sea World, Waikiki Aquarium, and wild on both O‘ahu and Kauai)
5. Booted Macaque (Catoctin Wildlife Preserve)
6. Fin Whale (wild in Maine, and New Brunswick)
Your Fin Whale question brings me to my next point: what species of Baleen Whales has everyone seen? Whale watching is one of my absolute favorite past-times so I've really focused on seeing as many as possible. Here's my list:
1. Blue Whale
2. Fin Whale
3. North Atlantic Right Whale
4. Southern Right Whale
5. Humpback Whale
6. Sei Whale
7. Gray Whale (captive only)
8. Bryde's Whale
9. Minke Whale
Fin, Minke, Bryde’s and Humpback; all wild.
I've seen Minke and Humpback whales on a whale watch at Stellwagen Bank.
I'm not sure how common Ocean Sunfish are in captivity overseas, as it seems really on Monterey Bay Aquarium here in the States gets smaller rescues every once in awhile before releasing them back to wild, but I did get to see one in the wild on that same whale watch.

I’ve seen ocean sunfish at Lisboa oceanarium.
I like being out on boats to look for marine-life, but I hate being out on boats because I get terribly seasick. So I haven't seen many baleen whales.
Pigmy Blue Whale off Sri Lanka.
Southern Right Whale in Western Australia.
Humpback Whale at Kaikoura.
I've also been out on a Bryde's Whale boat in Auckland three times without success.
I've seen Humpback, Fin, Minke, and Gray.
I’ve seen the aforementioned Fin Whale along with Humpback & Minke Whales, all while whale watching in Cape Cod.
I have seen

4. Finback whale
Ironically I have seen all four right where Marineland of the Pacific used to be, actually right in front of the museum about the closed aquarium. On morning weekends, there's a whale-watching group with ID papers and radios to the whale watching tours that come out of the nearby harbors.
