Nancy Ma's Night Monkey
I suspect more zoochatters have seen these than you might think. I know I've seen the species at Buttonwood Park Zoo, one of a handful US Zoos keeping this species. It's the only one on your list I've seen though.

Only because bottlenose likes to be closer to shore than common. It depends on where but whale watching tours that go further out in area’s known to have common dolphins will almost always see them. It’s not that their rarer it’s just the means of seeing them is more difficult.Yes, I’ve seen Greater Cane Rat. Also Harbour Porpoise; as said, common but much less conspicuous than Dolphins. I also expect fewer Zoochatters will have seen Common Dolphin than Bottlenose.
Aye-Aye aren’t very rare. They’re at many high-profile & highly-visit zoos across the world.
Doesn't mean they're always seen though. I've been to two zoos with Aye-aye and yet to see them.
Are you trying to be funny?Aye-Aye does not belong on this thread, if for no other reason, that Chester keeps them. Any animal kept at Chester Zoo is automatically disqualified from this thread.

Over a quarter of Zoochat members are from the UK (only the USA ranks higher in members-per-country), most UK members will have been to Chester, and I'd wager a large proportion of those are regular visitors to the zoo. By definition, any species kept at Chester will almost certainly not be "rarely seen by Zoochatters".Are you trying to be funny?
Afaik there are only five holders currently in Europe, and four of them are in the UK. The fifth is Frankfurt.Aye-Aye aren’t very rare. They’re at many high-profile & highly-visit zoos across the world.

I was able to see Bengal tigers at Vandalur Zoo back in 2018 and I did a little research and I'm fairly certain that they're purebred. There are no pure Bengals outside of India so they are most likely an animal only few zoochatters have seen.
