This is a proposed aquarium in Fresno, CA. As far as I know there is no target opening date. The facility is to located on a 10 acre tract of land...and eventually be home to a 2 million gallan oceanarium tank.

Wow, a proposed aquarium that might actually get built! Having said that, if they're scaling it back from only $30million I can't see that its really worth bothering with.
 
Well, I read elsewhere on this site that Wildlife World Zoo's new aquarium (which I just went to) was only $7 million, so it is definitely possible for them to build a scaled-back project. Fresno could be a destination to see in a few years, with the new aquarium and also the zoo recently got a sales tax levy approved that will pump millions into it for expansion. (The zoo also just hired a new curator who left my zoo - Reid Park - to go work for them).
