Arctic Reptiles

I've found the names four reptiles living within the Arctic Circle:
Arctic snow lizard (I couldn't find a Latin name for this animal)
Viviparous lizard (Zootaca vivipara)
European adder (Vipera berus)
Common garter snake (Thamnophis sirtalis)

Hello Chlidonias

I wondered about that. The 'Arctic snow lizard' appeared in a few websites, including a map of where it lives and details of what it ate, but there was no Latin name anywhere, so I wasn't sure if it existed or not. I saw the website that stated that the only Arctic reptiles were four species of lizard, even though I remember reading years ago that the European adder lives within the Arctic Circle. At least I didn't assume that the Arctic monkeys are distantly related to Japanese macaques.

I believe Arctic Monkeys are a musical band.
If the Arctic Snow Lizard does not exist, what would be the fourth arctic reptile then?
