Taking a look in at our galleries, Chinese mountain cats have been held by Beijing and Chengdu zoos.
There were giant forest hogs in Entebbe (Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre), at least in 2011. @Hix, however, did not see any there in 2013.

Really wish I could've seen the Giant Forest Hogs. I've seen a few pics from Google with the cats in a cage or clearly captive setting, wasn't sure where though. Either way, thanks!
You're welcome! The giant forest hog has been a species I'd like to see for very long, so we're on the same boat, chap. I wonder if, ever, any Western or Latin American zoo will import some hogs to actually begin with a breeding program.

It's not impossible. It's not a species that has a completely different climate or environment it must live in, so I don't see why not
It is a pig and because of disease concerns importing a wild pig species from a third country is extremely hard. While they are fantastic animals, no zoo will likely go that far for a least concern species.

Omaha had them for the longest time, we only stopped keeping them very recently
I'm not sure how you're using the ZTL search function, but I just searched "bearded saki" in the United States forums and found 4 pages of results showing 3 zoos with bearded sakis recently.

Rüppell's fox are present and offered for sale in the private trade and are currently kept at the Los Angeles zoo and likely some other collections.

The draco lizard and flying snake are both found in the private trade. The draco lizard is usually offered as wild caught imports which generally means a low success rate and high mortality rate for specimens. They are an extremely hard species to breed but there has been recent success with a select few captive breeders though the number of people who have bred them is likely less than 5.
Reptilandia Reptile Lagoon in Johnston City, Texas was looking to acquire or has already acquired specimens to be put in a mixed two story Indonesian exhibit which has very large and tall mock trees and giant softshell turtles and crocodile monitors.
Are Mountain mullets (Dajaus monticola) held in captivity anywhere?
Are any Lake Junin frog (Telmatobius macrostomus) anywhere? Preferably in North America.

I have scoured the internet and the closest I ever got was yellow throated. I can only imagine what they be like in zoos. They really look like real life cute mythical creatures.(Though they are vicious little martens)

What are some Arthropods (Land/Freshwater) from Madagascar that are held in captivity?
So far I have:
Giant emerald pill millipede (Zoosphaerium neptunus)
Giant blue stick insect (Achrioptera fallax)
Madagascar hissing cockroach (Gromphadorhina portentosa)
Halloween hisser (Elliptorhina javanica)
Madagascan moon moth (Argema mittrei)
And if we count nearby (relatively speaking) islands:
Seychelles giant millipede (Sechelleptus seychellarum)

There's multiple species of "Madagascar hissing cockroaches" around, including Common Madagascar Hissing Cockraoch (Gromphadorhina portentosa), Wide-horned Hisser (Gromphadorhina oblongonota), Tiger Hisser (Gromphadorhina grandidieri), Halloween Hisser (as you mentioned), and Vibrant Hisser (Princisia vanwaerebeki).
