I haven’t heard much about the effects of the earthquake on the ibis population but I assume that there was a significant impact on their breeding centers on Sado and Ishikawa zoo.
I believe the grey feathers on the ibis develop during the breeding season.

Yes indeed, they develop them to camouflage their white bodies in the forest when raising chicks.
She is a wild-born wombat that was imported from Healesville Sanctuary, Victoria and was raised as joey after her mother was hit by a car. She later moved to Toledo.
Are these species kept in any facilities?
- Kaua'i Cave Wolf Spider
- Devil's Hole Pupfish
- Cave Crayfish
- Spotted-tail Salamander
- Puerto Rican Rock Frog
Mandalay Bay Aquarium keep Devil's Hole Pupfish. Otherwise, no.
Aren't there spotted-tail salamanders in ProMedica at the Toledo Zoo?

I didn't realize @StellarChaser has referring to Eurycea lucifuga with that name! There's a handful of collections around the US that have that species, yeah. The most notable ones are probably Toledo and Shedd.

The San Antonio Zoo keeps and has bred Oklahoma cave crayfish.

Mandalay Bay Aquarium is the Shark Reef Aquarium right? Do they breed the Devil's Hole Pupfish?
Would it be possible to get either Lamprima aurata or Xylotrupes australicus in Europe?

This one has been kept at breeders outside of Australia, so should be possible. They are very rare though. I think only kept by specialised Asian beetle keepers. Can't say if the X. australicus is around outside of Australia, never have I seen proof of that. Other Xylotrupes species like X. gideon are easy to find though.
