ZTL is extremely easy to use - if you're not sure on the taxonomy listing searching for a species works well too. The taxonomy sort is a little outdated in some parts, but I've not had much trouble ever finding anything.

Try harder, you only have to navigate between english and german, and between current and former holdings.
I find it strange that ZTL has adopted the concept of separating the armadillos and the sloths and anteaters, but still lumps all the orders of marsupials into one group
So, unless I am misunderstanding this, your proposal is that someone will ask "what does ZTL say about X species?" and someone else will look on ZTL and reply with "ZTL says ..."?I tried to navigate the zootierliste and found it quite difficult so if people aren’t as knowledgeable as you may be they can voice their questions here
It feels like this is all somewhat unnecessary.
