Australasian Generic Tiger Population List

New Zealand no longer has generic tigers:

On 21/03/2025, Kamo Wildlife Park announced the death of their last tiger (Indira) via their Facebook page.

Indira was also the last generic tiger in New Zealand.

Shanti was deceased by this point (circa 2024).

Pi (Dreamworld) has transferred to Zambi:

1.0 Pi (19/07/2010) Hari x Louise

His transfer leaves Dreamworld with 3.3 generic tigers (in addition to their two elderly Sumatran tigers):

1.0 Zakari (26/04/2019) Pi x Adira
1.0 Khan (25/05/2019) Raja x Nika
