Australia Zoo has a large number of Platypus come into their wildlife hospital, which are rehabilitated and released. It’s a shame they don’t have a public exhibit, where visitors can enjoy some of them during their recovery - which can last for several weeks. Not all of them will require intensive medicating etc. that would warrant them being kept in a confined tank.
