Aye-aye captive population

Bristol have revealed they have had a baby aye-aye born. This baby, presumed male, is the first offspring of both his parents. His mother is Tahiry, one of the famous pair of twin girls that was born at Bristol a few years ago. His father is Peanut (formerly known as Malcolm), the first aye-aye to have been born at London. Both are genetically important, and there have been very few male aye-ayes born in recent years so this birth is excellent news.
This leaves Bristol with 3.1 animals; Tahiry, Peanut, the baby, and Tahiry's father Noah, a wildborn male that has been retired from breeding.

I'm not sure where to look, but does anybody know what happened to Kambana (one of the twins from Bristol)? I know her sister Tahiry, her father Noah and Tahiry's mate Peanut all got moved to Dublin last year, but ZooTierListe doesn't say what happened to Kambana (unless she ended up at "Africa Alive!"/Kessingland?), and I can't find any documents including her that have been updated since ~2017.

Noah is at Africa Alive (Kessingland) not Dublin

Kambana has been offshow at Chester since 2019

Ah brilliant, thank you! I'm assuming she's never been bred since her sister has, and because she's kept at Chester (who have a pair on show)?

The idea is still to breed from her but they’ll require a different male as Raz (Chester’s male) is related to her

Does anyone know how many Aye-Ayes are currently at Durrell? Thanks

Well, I imagine Jersey Zoo itself knows ;)

But in all seriousness, last I heard the figure was sitting at around seven or eight animals.

I've just had a look on Zootierliste and I didn't realise they were only clinging on in Europe. 6 collections in total.

How are they doing stateside?

I wouldn't exactly say they are "only clinging on" - that's only one fewer collection than 15 years ago, and with more collections holding breeding (or potential breeding) pairs as opposed to singletons.

Seven zoos in the US - as TLD says above the ex-situ population has remained pretty stable, with actually a slight increase in animals over the last few years despite the few numbers of holders.
