It might interest some people that the Magnetic Hill Zoo is actually accredited by the CAZA.

Every Zoo in such a cold climate (like Moncton) should have an indoor exhibit with separate holding areas for animals from warmer climates. That way the animals do not need to be held outside while their area is cleaned. My guess is that the Magnetic Hill Zoo does not have such facilities. If that's true more than just a lapse of human attention is at fault here.

Wow, that is terrible. I am sure it happens a lot more then is reported in smaller roadside zoos that have little regulations...
