I wouldn't say it is a 'bad zoo' as such but I was distinctly unimpressed by Paradise Wildlife Park on my first visit there earlier this year. The exhibits are substandard (lacking both in size and stimulation) for the animals which they hold; there are what I consider to be some health and safety risks (e.g. zebra and camels being kept in touching distance of visitors); and the price is much too high (at just under £20, where Linton or Shepreth cost under £10 and are easier to reach by public transport).
