Unnecessary, in my opinion. Possible problem bears could be removed to an area with too few bears. A mass cull is not needed!
Today it was announced that the amount of bears culled yearly in Romania will be more than doubled to 481 after a 19-year-old woman was mauled to death. Environmental groups have spoken out against the new law.
