Hot on the heels of Scotland. Nice iconic species ... (we have had them for years now introduced to NL, and they still remain enigmatic and secretive).

Population in the Netherlands is doing very well and at the moment the latest count ( autumn 2019 ) was 3500 free-living beavers in the Netherlands
