Belgian zoo guides

Skeebrrdebab

Yeeeeee

Sorry about that. I don't do well after 12

What I meant to say was: Pakawi Park - greenhouse

I separated it into two guides: the layout and the free-roamers. I didn't include the large amount of aviaries at the sides because those areas are more similar to a pheasantry, which I prefer not to include.

Why are the enclosures labeled 21-26 and not 1-6, you ask? Because I was tired, thats why

(To follow: African and Australian waterfront aviaries, ...)

Oh my goodness I just realized I forgot the African waterfront aviary

Sorry that this thread is already getting out of order. I usually try to avoid that.

I'll try to have the reptile corridor and reptile house for Pakawi out next week (though I'm having some serious problems with the tarantulas). After that I'm moving back to the Dutch guides for a little bit to make guides for Artis

Alright. These threads are really taking off suddenly. I've now got messages from people wanting to help me with Artis and Antwerp!

So here's the current plan:
I'm going to finish the Pakawi cards this week, and move back to the Dutch guides for a little bit. I'm taking inventory of Beekse Bergen today, and @JurassicMax is checking out Artis this weekend. I'll be doing Artis first, and Beekse Bergen after that. Then, I'm going to be making the Antwerp guides with the help of @Penshet, which will probably take a little while. After that, @KevinB is going to check out Pairi Daiza to help with a few of those areas.

If anyone else is going to the zoo any time soon, feel free to send me a message if you want to help make some guides

@Ricky Hans did an amazing report and species list for me on the 30th of January, and I doubt it's changed since then.
Perhaps he wrote down the wrong species then. I haven’t heard anything about the arrival of such a rare passerine in the park, and considering their vastly improved online education and reporting they would likely have announced it. The highly similar Indochinese species has also been kept in the grenhouse for years.

On the plan/list I gave you was Garrulax leucolophus. Maybe you reused the species from another map you had made before?

I'm pretty sure I read "laughingthrush" and just automated to grab the sumatran. I'll upload the corrected version this afternoon

Sure that they have Sumatran laughingtrush, if I recall correctly they have Garrulax leucolophus instead.

This thread is getting to be kind of a mess, but oh well
I'm getting really sick of the reptile corridor, but I'm still working on it!

I wanted to make all the distribution maps too but I got really really sick of it. New rule: no distribution maps for reptile house with more than 12 new species!
