Belgian zoo guides

Thanks again to Ricky Hans for providing accurate species lists and a full layout of the park! Through Valvas I also have an Antwerp species list for updates there, which means I only need help with Pairi Daiza and (Le) Monde Sauvage to have the BZG fully updated. Sadly I'm not super familiar with Belgian zoos (I can travel by train for free within Netherland, but not to Belgium, sadly) so I have no idea which zoos could also use guides.

Any help is still appreciated! Also: Does anybody know any French? I've been translating the guides into Dutch for the Dutch-speaking (Dutch-writing?) forum website LaafseKikkers, and was thinking of making French versions for the Belgian guides, seeing the bilingual nature of the country

I can help if you want :)

The Turquoise tanagers are held in three enclosures, hence the odd layout.

Alright then, if I do this correctly and nobody interrupts I should be able to make this work.

Oasis will be split into three parts, lined out with this map:

Almostall of the Oasis animals are in Separate exhibits. Exceptions being the Bear cuscus and Chevrotain in the same exhibit, and the Koi, goldfish and slider sharing the same areas in the water
Well thanks for this map since I couldn't find a good Oasis map anywhere.. that place is a maze too so this map will probably help me a lot, but do you have the right side of the map too?

Unfortunately I haven't been able to visit Pairi Daiza myself, so I don't have my own picture of it. I got this one off @KevinB , maybe he or another Belgian Zoochatter has another photo of it

There are no exhibits missing on this map, just some off-show areas of the Oasis were cut out from the original picture, so there isn't a right side.

That said, this map is partially dated in terms of exhibits, I might have to update it at some point.

Oh okay thanks, I really hate the feeling of having missed a species, as I assume most Zoochatters do:D

I have made an updated version of the Oasis fire escape map with the locations of the exhibits.

I did forget to mention the empty exhibit in the tunnel area near the monkey island (former hummingbird and iguana exhibit) and the nearby exhibit for sugar gliders.

Nearly two years since my last update... I should be ashamed of myself!

Uploading Planckendael today, and Antwerp is also in the making. Anyone willing to help me with the other Belgian parks would be greatly appreciated!
