This is just a bit of fun to judge the general consensus on the best enclosure for Sloths in the UK. I have added a few photos from the gallery to make it easier for members to compare the different exhibits. If anyone wants to make an argument for a particular enclosure, please feel free to do so. Also, I would encourage people to list the enclosures in order of what they think is best.

I've seen most enclosures only not seeing Avifaunas. So what we look for in a cassowary enclosure is size, vegetation, hiding spaces, multiple enclosures(To conform to their solitary lifestyle), an enrichment. What is often overlooked is access to water in the enclosure, cassowary's can't thermoregulate well so having a mister or access to take a bath can be very enriching to help them thermoregulate and preening. Pairi daiza is the smallest, with not really any option to hide. Both enclosures are similar. Artis is nothing fancy a bit open but a good enclosure. Planckendael is the winner for me. They have 2-3 enclosures with shade plenty of vegetation and access to water, I also have seen plenty of enrichment installed at different times in the enclosure, pre renovation the cassowary's had a mister and not access to water. The picture only shows a small part of the enclosure at the back there is a larger forested area. If someone wants to make a case for Avifauna I'm all ears. As always I would love to read your thoughts.
