I would easily call Detroit Zoo the best red panda exhibit I've seen, and I'm not sure I've seen pictures of any others as good either. This photo by @pachyderm pro only shows half the exhibit, and a suspended bridge through the middle allows visitors an excellent opportunity to view the red pandas as they are twenty feet up in the trees. Really an incredible experience:

Chester zoo I believe is currently constructing one which, from the design, looks very nice!

The best one I’ve seen is in Singapore River wonders. It has nice climbing areas and a big enclosure.

Of the Zoos I've visited, I'd say the Cincinnati Zoo's space is large and naturalistic, without sacrificing visitor view at all.
