I'm struggling with this one. Are we looking for the best zoo exhibit or there record of cheetah breeding?
Best exhibit Chester or Whipsnade

Best breeding record, Whipsnade or Hamerton probably.

Colchester could be competing for that soon. There were a few litters around 2010 and a successful breeding pair at the moment. Definitely not to the same scale though.
