Most of the questions you are asking have been discussed hundreds of times on countless threads. Just look around and see what kind of interesting info you find. II don't mean to offend you, just trying to point you in the right direction, something I would have very much appreciated when I joined. I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did, so please think about this.
