Here is a map of places we have been I just made, similar to the map I made of places Zoochatters live on a different thread. I had to do some surgery on the map, adding Jamaica (?), South Sudan and Kosovo and scrubbing out a country they'd added squished between Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania (anyone know what it was meant to be?).

Anyway, here it is:

I believe somebody went to Papua New Guinea and Sri Lanka. That countries are not colored in the map.
 
According to Zooinstitutes.com @alexkant has been to zoos in a whopping 46 different countries, with the possibility of having zoo-less trips in other countries! Here is his list cut and pasted below (featuring the number of zoos he's visited in each country listed after)

In general really loving this thread @amur leopard - what a great idea! I spoke with @Ungulate today and he's been to Gabon & Equatorial Guinea.

Here's hoping as a community one day we check them all off! Or we just convince that every-country friend of @Tetrazo to join and we'll be all set haha

@amur leopard Not sure. North Korea was already missing from the last countries remaining list you had made- I didn't investigate prior to that.

I've been to Palau on the same trip that I visited Micronesia.

And on your map it looks like Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) has not been coloured in, but it doesn't appear in the list below.
