It's unfortunate for the binturongs, and obviously not what many visitors to a zoo would expect to see .... but honestly, the sensationalist reporting is ridiculous. The lions did nothing wrong and acted entirely naturally - something they are very rarely able to do inside a zoo. I know exactly what you mean Johnny .... no-one would set something like this up deliberately in a zoo (at least not in most countries - I know some have live feeds for big cats but that's another issue), but when rare circumstances combine to make it happen, it would definitely be a privilege to watch a captive lion make a kill at close quarters.
