Has anyone heard any whisperings about what is happening with this? I've not heard anything about it for quite some time. The last I heard Boris hated the idea and there was a lack of funding...

ZSL's enquiries office have confirmed that the project will definitely not go ahead any more, much to the dismay of everyone involved.
