Hardly seems worth it - the next bird-flu season will soon be here, in your fall, our autumn...
Woodland Park Zoo - Tropical Rainforest building and Banyan Wilds aviary have been reopened to the public. Some species still remain off-exhibit.

Not only do we not know this for sure, but it would seem to be worth it if for no other reason then to let the visitors during the busy summer season see the birds - I know I'd certainly like to. I'd imagine in most cases the bird's actual exhibits are better habitats then their off-show areas, too.
John Ball Zoo (1.5) - Barn owls, snowy owls, budgies back on exhibit, Asian aviary reopened.

Sacramento Zoo - Flamingos and other birds inside the open-air lake habitat are off exhibit, larger birds may be off exhibit in the near future.
