Not as such, no. The nearest I've seen is one of my birds that was given the wrong analgesic during an x-ray to diagnose a broken leg. He was fine after the procedure but by the time he was home from the vet, he'd lapsed into unconsciousness. We took him outside for some cool fresh air and held him upright with his beak up (he was so limp his head was just hanging down). I've never seen a bird so unresponsive and survive, but after an evening of my other half sitting with the bird on his knee, always holding him up, eventually he fell into a more natural sleep. By midway through the night his head was partway over his shoulder, and in the morning the head was all the way under the wing. He was fine the next day once the meds wore off.
If your bird is still unresponsive, I'd start looking for a good avian vet immediately.
