Good news to start the year at Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park. Our pair of Pygmy Slow Loris, Doris and George, are welcoming the arrival of twins! Born on January 6th, these babies represent a first breeding of the species at BWCP.
We have also welcomed the arrival of a new female White-Naped Crane, to join our resident male.
Our new breeding pair of Cotton-Top Tamarins can be seen in their enclosure, and will have access to the whole enclosure soon.
We also celebrated the birth of a Prehensile-Tailed Skink at the end of last year, which can be seen in our reptile house.
