What was happening in the old pond? Last time I was there it had porcupines.

Biggest meerkat enclosure in the UK? At the moment!
Not that I really pay attention to Meerkat enclosures... But I'd guess Blackpool's Meerkat/Aardvark exhibit is larger, and that only has two meerkats.Biggest meerkat enclosure in the UK? At the moment!

Oh yes!! It's huge - pair of Bat Eared Foxes in the enclosure too!I recall Combe Martin having an above average sized enclosure as well.
Of the enclosures I can recall, and having seen the Woburn images... I'd say it was a toss up between Woburn and CM! Woburn probably takes it though! Not sure on exact square footage, but Woburn must be a shoo-in for the biggest meerkat enclosure. It looks enormous in the two pictures below (the latter one has at least three meerkats on the rocks at the right-hand side of the shot):

I've just thought, since Pete's outdoor enclosure was already completed earlier this year does that mean the Blue cranes have already moved elsewhere/left? Because I know they were definitely kept in what is now the outdoor Komodo dragon enclosure before Pete arrived last year.
The new Loris house, housing Pygmy Slow Loris and Grey Slender Loris, is now open.
The former Pygmy Slow Loris enclosure in the Nocturnal House is now occupied by a female Potto.
