Blackpool Zoo Blackpool Zoo News 2022

The zoo have announced on social media that the penguin pool is to be renovated and extended. Work is due to start on Tuesday the 3rd of January and will take up to 8 weeks.
 
An expansion to the penguin enclosure is exciting, I think the current one is a fine size for the amount in there but maybe they will be able to support a larger group going forward which would be nice considering they are the only one of their species in the UK!
