Interesting, there seem to be some differences between my visit 2 years ago and the list you just posted:

Australian Walkabout

In 2019 the Australian Walkabout had Eclectus Parrot in an enclosure next to the entrance; Africa also had Taveta Golden Weaver (in a cage), Sulcata Tortoise (in with the bustard), Nyala and Southern Ground Hornbill, and Speckled Pigeon (in an unknown enclosure, don't have any photos of it). Are these animals not present anymore?

Misc. Outdoor Exhibits

You mentioned construction by the prairie dogs in the Blank Park thread, but were there no prairie dogs?

Tropical Trail

I photographed signage for a Madagascar exhibit with Satanic Leaf-tailed Gecko, Blue-legged Mantella, and Madagascar Hissing Cockroach - the first of which I also photographed the animal. There was also an enclosure for Boa Constrictor, one for Prehensile-tailed Skink, and one by the exit for Scarlet Macaws. Are all of these gone too?

Free-roaming Tropical Trail

Your list is somewhat similar to what I saw/photographed, except that I did see multiple Gray-capped Emerald Doves as well as unsigned White-cheeked Turaco and Plumed Whistling Duck.

Red-tailed Catfish, unidentified pacu, unidentified cichlid

That enclosure also had signage for Silver Arowana and a species of freshwater stingray when I visited, but no signage for cichlids.

Thanks, it looks like my notes were a bit more incomplete than I thought. Eclectus, turaco, and Prehensile-tailed Skink are all present. None of the others you mentioned are, though. This includes the prairie dogs (the exhibit was empty).

Apologies for all of the errors in the previous list, this should be the correct full list:

Despite going there for most of my life (Even before I moved here I had family in the Des Moines area), I was unaware of how interesting the bird collection here was. I guessed I never really paid attention to it. It's been two years since my last visit, maybe I should go again sometime, after all, it's closer than Omaha.

I photographed signage for a Madagascar exhibit with Satanic Leaf-tailed Gecko, Blue-legged Mantella, and Madagascar Hissing Cockroach - the first of which I also photographed the animal. I think I read somewhere the zoo replaced their macaws with golden headed tamarins.
