No the toilets are located where the komodo dragons and piranhas used to be. The old crocodile enclosure is located between the Victorian greenhouse and the Chinese garden. The outside entrance is also located there but it is also closed off by automatic doors.

This is not quite right. The hall with the piranhas and komodo dragons you are referring to is the Amazon hall, which is between the Victoria hall and the center aisle of the Rivièrahall.

Indeed, there was once a crocodile enclosure here as well, but zoo maps from 1990 and 2008 clearly show that crocodile enclosures were located at the site of the toilets between the center aisle and the rhino enclosures. In fact, I think the photos I posted came from this location (although I am not sure about this).
 
The crocodiles enclosure at the revier hall was between the gorilla and aquaria at the west side. After the animals were left some free flight birds and turtles were moved there

The part consisted of three bassin

Two for crocodiles and the other for alligator snapping turtles that d be seen from the later rhino wing.

The last time i was there toilettes were put there while the older subterranean got refurbished

The other side was the komodo dragon part

So here's one of the ugliest things Ive ever made, but hopefully it clears things up on the whole discussion. The pink wing is the west wing, where the rhinos and gorillas sleep, blue is the east wing (Victoria Serre with birds). The area in the red square would be the former crocodile enclosure / current toilets. I havent marked it, but the komodo enclosure is the ''mirror'' to the crocodile part. You can see it as the part of the roof that has windows and is right next to the Victoria Serre.

Also some news:
-The wreathed hornbills from the Victoria Serre (1.1) have moved to Taman Indah. The female that was already present there has moved to the aviary above the ''rhino-entrance'', while the couple now inhabits the former gibbon enclosure.
-The white-rumped shamas have moved from the central segment of the Victoria Serre to the segment where the hornbills used to live.
-The Asian fairy-bluebird have moved to the circular part of the Victoria Serre, while the crested oropendola have moved to the central area.
-The Sumatran laughingthrush that was born this spring has also moved to the circular part of the Victoria Serre. Its parents already have young again
-Birth of a Sclater's crowned pigeon and nesting activity with the hyacinth macaws
-It has been announced the Asiatic elephant Faya is believed to pregnant from Fahim.
-The last demoiselle crane has left Rotterdam.
-One of the last two male Balabac chevrotains in Europe has arrived in Rotterdam. He has mated with the three females, who are now being kept behind the scenes, and he's on display in the Asia House.

-New in the Rotterdam Zoo: the North-African spiny tailed lizard, Uromastyx acanthinura. They take the spot of the Sudan plated lizard.
-The Rotterdam Zoo is temporarily taking care of Artis' leopard sharks and bullhead sharks, among others, as their aquarium is undergoing construction. The sharks have been put together with the ones that were already present in the Oceanium, in hopes of producing offspring. A permanent addition to the pond in the hyrax enclosure is a Senegal bichir.
-The zoo is temporarily taking care of some short-snouted sea horses that beached during a storm.
-The Brazilian tanager is back on display in the Victoria Serre for the first time since early 2020.
-Temporarily no crested guineafowl in the okapi enclosure, after both of the animals died shortly after each other
-A female military macaw, one of the bird show participants, has left the zoo
-Death of a 61-year-old (!) greater flamingo, as well as the female hamerkop and the male wanderoo.
-Four female makis have left the park as they weren't being tolerated by the dominant animals

I am hoping the Sharks may now reproduce. I believe that Rotterdam Zoo aquarium did have some success in the past with leopard Sharks? Correct me if I am wrong.
 
-The zoo is working on a new visitor path around the bison enclosure, which features a small bridge. The source article contains an unofficial sketch.
-The zoo is also working on getting a permit to restore the reindeer stables.
-New in the mangrove aquarium: the snowflake eel and the engineer blenny.
-The edwards' pheasants are on display again in the aviary next to the entrance of the Asia House.
-The liberal-progressive party D66 has paid a visit to the Zoo to discuss animal welfare and wildlife conservation.
-The young Chilean pudu has died.

A number of gorillas and lions have tested positive for COVID-19. The animals are showing flu-like symptoms. It is not known how the animals got infected. Since the beginning of the corona crisis in 2020, the keepers have been working according to a special corona protocol with protective measures.

There have been no risks to visitors. The enclosures of the gorillas and lions were immediately closed. Therefore, these animals are not visible to the public. They are now giving the animals plenty of rest to recover. The keepers and the vet are keeping an extra eye on the gorillas and lions.
 
What are the names of the infected gorillas? Could the non infected gorilla be vaccinated? How are they doing?

As mentioned in the comment right above yours, the names are unknown of the infected.
And vaccinations of covid for animals is currently not done. ;)
 
As it stands currently, the gorilla troop will not be eligible for a vaccine. A possible COVID-19 vaccine for animals is still in development, however. Rotterdam Zoo suspects the animals may have been infected by an asymptomatic keeper, but an exact cause remains unknown. It is unknown if gorillas are able to spread the virus to humans. For now, all that can be done is treating the symptoms.
