Blue stork spotted

A white stork in Germany has returned from its winter travels, so what?, you say, but this ciconia ciconia is blue, not the normal white.

that's a wierd-looking stork! I think it has to have been either deliberately dyed or it's been bathing in dyed water. You can see some blue splotches on the legs as well, so its not something that's restricted to the plumage pigmentation.
