Yes. My records show that Lexi (studbook #262) was born on 9/13/1999 to Lorel and Bosondjo and was transferred to Leipzig around 2012.

Thanks, you're really helping me out a lot! Akili from Jacksonville died in 2016 from cardiac arrest though. Also, I believe Makanza is at Milwaukee, as a SSP I was sent said that they wanted to collect a sample from him there.

That's a shame. Not sure if you knew this, but supposedly ZooTampa at Lowry Park plans on adding bonobos to their collection. Sukari, Ana Neema, Amelia, Wilber, and Bila-Isia are said to be the ones they plan on sending. Sukari and Bila-Isia are also suppose to be bred together one they arrive.
 
That's really sad. Did K2 - a male said to be born to Claudine - also pass away? He's on my list, but not on the list above either. I've also got an Oona listed as well, she is said to be the offspring of Faith.
 
@EsserWarrior my list is 100% up to date.

It would be interesting to see if Ana-Neema, her kids and Sukari move there as from what I heard Unga and her kids were meant to move to Milwaukee at some point...so that would leave Columbus with veeeeery few bonobos...all of them old ones/their offspring...

They would still have males Toby and Gander, and female Susie to breed. They are supposed to receive Faith (f) from Milwaukee. Colombus is designed to hold up to 14 individuals. Right now there is only 1 active breeding recommendation, Vernon to breed with Kesi, in Cincinnati. Which has been in place since 2014 and no pregnancy that I have heard of? Everything else is put on hold until all the transfers have been completed.

No, Gander being Unga’s son would go with her to Milwaukee... ;)

If Ana-Neema’s dynasty, Sukari AND Unga’s dynasty all leave, that would leave the four oldies, Maiko, Donnie, Max and Bertie. Lady can’t breed, Donnie would only have Lady to breed with as Susie is his mother.....etc etc. I’m sure they would sort something out but I can only see them allowing one of the two dynasties to move to begin with...
 
Who are the dominant females in the different U.S. troops? I'll be going to Milwaukee soon, but I've never actually been there and known anything about their individuals.
 
I am not sure how Milwaukee manages their bonobos. I have only been there once. I know they have an indoor viewing area and an outside viewing area and I believe another area out of view of visitors. When I was there they did not have photos or names of the bonobos posted anywhere. They did not have volunteers stationed at the bonobos. I did see the female bonobo, Laura, who is the oldest bonobo in the United States. She was born 8/27/1967 to the founding couple Linda and Kakowet.
 
I'm pretty sure that it's only the indoor area and then those ugly outdoor enclosures. When I was there before I saw a volunteer by the gorillas, but that was a few months ago. It's a shame you can't get right next to the glass to get better views of the bonobos. It could've just been weird the day I was there, but I really couldn't get a good view of them at all.

I’m fairly sure Milwaukee manage their group using the ‘fission-fusion’ method; so in two different subgroups. Would have to look into it though.

@EsserWarrior, dominant females change frequently but I believe that the dominant females in the US are Elikya, Lana, Unga or Susie, Johari, Lorel, Kiri, Laura and Loretta.
