I've seen this book listed on Amazon.

The title appears to indicate just what it is about - which sounds very interesting. Has anybody seen this book? Any good?

I don't have it, and for a reason, that reason being the price!

But coming back to Sooty's question, I too would like to know what people think, as this book has come up in my searches for zoo books on Amazon over the years.

I'm bumping this thread (after two years) to see if anyone has actually purchased this intriguing book. It is $95 brand-new, hardcover, but it appears that a couple of second-hand copies can be had for around $45 U.S.

I have it but have yet to read it! I will make a stab at starting it this week! :)
