Just to let people know there is a feature on the sale of Borth Animalarium inCage And Aviary Birds,I am suprised it gets such a good writeup with its 150 species in 2 acres,Ratites,Reptiles, Wild Cats, Wallabies etc, apparently it has a licence until 2013!

I thought the zoo was on 10 acres?
 
According to the article in Cage and Aviary[ page3] 2 acres are in use at present, there are a further 10 acres available, the price of offers sround £850,000, includes house. land and 150 species altogether.
 
Ah ok that's cool. That is relatively cheap I guess, wish I had money lol.
