Hello, this is my first post on here and hopefully my information will be helpful to any readers interested in Bronx Zoo's World of Darkness.
I haven't seen many post about it and wanted to share what I saw during my experience. I went to the Bronx Zoo two weeks ago and was able to see what was inside. It is located between the Gelada Preserve and the Brown Bears Exhibit. The pathway to the area was slightly hidden but, not that hard to find. The outside area has diagrams and information about various animals species that are inside the exhibit.
The Interior shape is circular as you enter through one end and exit through the other. With the interior being nearly pitch with dim lighting being provided on the pathway. And depending on the exhibit the interior lighting can vary from being red or a light blue. Depending on the animal some may be harder to view than others especially if their is a specific one your looking to see. You just have to look hard and be a bit patient for them to reveal themselves. Animals themselves with the few exceptions also are also pretty active and move around within the darkness allowing them to be easier to spot.
There is definitely a wide range of species provided in the world of darkness and I do not know how much it differs from the original. But, below will be the species list of all that are in the exhibit
