The zoo has received a trio of year old female Bison to be displayed with current resident bison 29 year old Wilma. They are all half sisters and have arrived from the Wilds. The exhibit was recently updated and the names of the new bison will be announced in a few weeks. It was announced via twitter and instagram, I am on my work computer so I can not post a link.
Does anyone know if the bison from The Wilds are pure bred or not?
