Buying a zoo

Not to be rude, but I don't think Wildlife Waystation would be the best site to have your facility at. It had lots of financial problems in the past. I believe the Wisconsin route would be better. (It's got a better location as well, no wildfires here!)
 
If it helps to know, Animal Haven Zoo gets 20,000-25,000 visitors a year. If you did buy it, though, I think it would require major renovations. It's kind of run down right now.

I agree. It doesn't appear to be the most pleasant facility to ever exist.
 
Ok, so I do know about a small aquarium right next to a group of planned apartments. It closed due to arguments (Don't worry they fought because the original agreement was that the land was free. It is very well known by locals who would be extremely excited if they found out somebody bought it to be revamped. Right now there are existing tanks that are up both indoors and outside. There is also room for expansion as almost all the outdoor tanks are portable. Why the future of SEA Lab in Redondo Beach is in limbo – Daily Breeze. As it states in the article the man who owns the property and some other land in the area has decided to leave it as it is so if you want to take up the challenge contact him soon.
