The Sumatran Tiger Research Team, working in Kerinci Seblat National Park, have taken a rare photograph of an Asiatic golden cat carrying her young in its mouth. The photo was taken in mid 2014.

Here's a new video from the same trail as the elephant video. We regularly pick up these lions on the camera but it was nice to get the male roaring. Even if he wasn't in shot.

Another good video of a rarely-seen wild cat hunting, this time an African golden cat hunting red colobus monkeys. The footage was filmed in Kibale National Park in Uganda and is the first known footage of this species hunting in daylight.

Michigan has had it's 28th confirmed cougar sighting since 2008 in the past couple of months. It is video that was captured on the trail cam showing a cougar going back to eat off of a deer carcass multiple times.
