I'd love to put my images here on Zoochat but the problem is I don't know how to get all the camera information necessary to upload an image. How do I look for this info if I don't know the specific kind of camera off the bat? I know it's a Canon but that's it.

Actually camera information is not needed to upload image. All you need is image file. If you are talking about resolution, focal length, exposure time etc., don't care of it. Upload engine will extract this info from image file.
