With the arrival of Cameroon sheep at Knowsley I'd be intrigued to know what other UK collections keep this species.

The only place I know of is Longleat, how many other places keep them?

ZTL lists 20 other UK collections, including Colchester (I can confirm), Banham, Africa Alive, Dudley, WMSP, Peak WP and Jimmy's Farm.
 
Can definitely confirm they are at Jimmy's Farm as well - spent so long scratching one on my last visit that it fell asleep leaning against the fence. They were (not sure if it's still the case) living in an enclosure that is mostly behind one of the Barbary macaque enclosures.

Yes, Dudley have Cameroon sheep. They are usually on the slopes below the castle - either above the otters (opposite the new orang utan outdoor enclosure) or behind the reptile house.

On my recent visit to Peak (as Rajang mentioned, they have them there) I saw them mixed with the lemurs which was a first for me.

Used to be in a petting area walkthrough at Africa Alive. Not sure if in the Lemur walkthrough there now, but there are definitely other sheep if not them as well at AA. Rodbaston college have them, many colleges lave them, and seen them in a few walkthroughs. Manor House have them in the exhibit next to the Lemur walkthrough, although I think they go in the Lemur walkthrough when the grass needs attending. Personally would say that Cameroon Sheep are very common in captivity, and at a lot of Farm Parks, and college zoos, as well as zoos.
 
We have 1.4 at Beale Wildlife Park, and had 4.0 lambs this year which all moved on to new homes at Tattershall Farm Park and Brockswood Animal Sanctuary.

Africa alive had black headed sheep in the lemur walkthrough last time I was there. Guess they use all the sheep to mow the grass.
