Most of the east coast ones seem to be at roadside places/nature centers, too, vs more mainstream zoos having them further west. The two I've seen were at Virginia Living Museum, and Fort Worth.
I believe Curitiba and Gramado both hold Lycalopex gymnocercus. Are there any Pampas Foxes in captivity? There are probably a few in some unknown South American institutions, but I haven't heard much of them.
My side-striped jackal drought ended! In 2021 in Uganda I was able to see the species both wild and captive. Plus raccoon dog is now two species (which I've seen both). I've also added a handful of other species wild, which I also bolded.
