Not to my knowledge. As long as I've known, they've had American black bears.
I’m wondering as on their website, they have a zoo map (like most zoos) and in the exhibit near the Capybaras it is labeled as Spectacled Bears. I believe this enclosure held American Black Bears a while back but I’m not positive. The map is linked for anyone who wants a reference.

A few updates from today:
  • Lots of new signage has been added all over the zoo
  • The Scarlet Macaw is gone.
  • The Yellow-footed Tortoise from the now-closed World of Birds building has moved in with the eagle.
  • To my surprise, the flamingoes are still there, but their no longer labelled on the map, so my guess is that they're departing or being moved to another part of the zoo soon. Strangely I did not see either of the Greaters but I did see one Chilean which they haven't kept for some time now.
  • The Great Horned Owl is gone
  • Gone from the reptile house:
    • Northern Spiny Softshell Turtle
    • Northern Blue-tongued Skink
    • Iberian Ribbed Newt
    • Florida Softshell Turtle
    • Dyeing Poison Dart Frog
  • New in the reptile house:
    • Western Ratsnake
    • Brongersma's Short-tailed Python
    • Chinese Crocodile Lizard
    • Indian Star Tortoise
    • Bullsnake
  • Also there's some minor construction going on out by the American Alligator exhibit. The boardwalk is now a dead end and there tortoise path is blocked off.
  • The exhibit that the silver fox lived in is now gone and she lives in the old Red Fox exhibit now.

What happened to the scarlet macaw, blue-tounged skink and red foxes? A shame the blue-tounged skink was only here for less than a year. Also I didn’t know the zoo kept Great Horned Owl, where in the zoo was it kept and if you know, what happened to it?

Also in a previous post someone mentioned the golden lion tamarins that lived with Nico the common marmoset are gone and replaced by white-eared titis. Did the last golden lion tamarin also pass away? A shame to lose a critically endangered species. Nico is also getting on in years now, but has always been housed with other species of monkeys instead of other common marmosets. Such an unusual structure of primates, I kinda feel bad for him. Primates need other members of their own species to meet their social needs.

I actually forgot to mention it on here, but I visited since I made the above post and the Scarlet Macaw was in the Blue-and-yellow Macaw exhibit, so I guess they just rotate now for whatever reason.

The Great Horned Owl was next to the Barred Owl on the African Savanna boardwalk. I would assume it passed away, but I can't confirm if that is the case.
