I just saw on the news that Hamilton Zoo has had five capuchin babies born already this year. (I don't know how many capuchins they have altogether). Here's the Zoo Diary from the Hamilton site Zoo Diary, Hamilton Zoo -

Other news on there includes a baby cottontop tamarin, a new female hunting dog for their all-male pack, a female zebra moved to Franklin Zoo to join their lone female zebra, two (possibly three) pregnant white rhinos, and two new female chimps. I'm not sure how new all of those items are.

Neither of the two female rhinos at Hamilton zoo that are pregnant, Keto and Moesha, have bred before so their calves will be valuable for the regions rhino progrem. What will make them even more valuable is that they are the first calves of the sire Kruger as well.

I've obviously missed something very important here, how did Australia Zoo lose two rhnio?
