A male Yellow Anaconda is now at Central Coast Zoo which is shown in a recent video. One of two known holders currently along with Darling Downs Zoo.

Likely ex circus monkeys as they have come from the private keeping sector. A lot of the regions exotic circus animals were retired in 2021 due to new laws that had come into place so it's likely a lot of those animals were then sold/moved onto other facilities.I believe they came from Get Wild Animal Experiences, which are opened by the same owners as Central Coast Zoo. It was first announced Central Coast Zoo would be opening a Rhesus macaque exhibit in 2023.

Baby Crab-eating macaque:
Amazement Farm and Fun Park has a baby macaque, presumably the offspring of their recently arrived troop as reference is made to their troop growing.
Slender-tailed meerkat birth:
Two pups were born in May to a female named Red and are being hand-raised. They can be seen via Amazement Farm and Fun Park.

I'd love to see this species return to more zoos regionally -especially for diversity's sake, we don't have many Asian primate species prevalent regionally aside from orangutans and gibbons.
