Disappointing to hear the Birds Of Paradise have gone. For me, they were one of the highlights of the entire collection really. Excuse my ignorance here, but it seems quite an odd and out of the blue decision to get rid of them too.

Unless they have good contacts with Al Wabra, and Al Wabra requested them to be shipped over to them to be able to get some new blood into their breeding program. Perhaps Al Wabra can send some other ones back...
Completely guessing here though, but they probably went either back to the USA or over to Al Wabra, can anyone confirm?
