From this tweet we can get a look at the new bear enclosure, confirming at least 1 is there and as it's a news report it gives me hope the area will be open soon.

They are so small that they would not make a good exhibit in with the bears. They will be moved eventually, I don;t know when or where.

At long last I am very excited, I imagine it'll be a race to see who can get the first proper photo of the magpies, not just the outline of one behind the scenes.

The article confirms Sumatran laughing thrush for the new aviary! That makes me very happy indeed seeing as they've been absent in the area for two years.

Is this the same Sumatran Laughing thrush that used to be in the aviary outside Tropical Realm or is it a new bird?

It's the same species, probably only the staff know if it is the exact same bird. Besides that aviary housed a breeding pair and sometimes their young.

Straight answer is no Chester has never bred any species of crocodilian. They have how ever destroyed eggs from a couple of species.
